The ‘Picasso’ 3-bedroom apartment is located on top of a mountain in the village of Rincón de la Victoria, not far from Malaga. The apartment has a fantastic view over the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment is spacious and fully equipped, located in a rural area, very quiet, far from the tourism buzz that the city of Malaga presents. The apartment is surrounded by hills and lots of vegetation.
The apartment has a total area of 120m2, has air conditioning and elevator. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious lounge with a wide-screen TV. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a complex with only 13 other apartments. You arrive at your apartment through a secure entrance.
About the apartment near the sea
The kitchen with dining area is equipped with an induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. WiFi is free.
Bedroom 1: Located on the terrace, double bed and en-suite bathroom: toilet, bidet and bathtub.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 x 190 cm) or one double bed (180 x 190 cm), adjoining bathroom with toilet and shower.
Bedroom 3: children’s bedroom with a single bed, desk and adjoining bathroom with toilet and shower.
Doors from the living room and the master bedroom give access to a large terrace with dining area and a large garden with artificial grass and sun loungers with parasols. And all this with views of the Mediterranean Sea.
You will find the communal swimming pool together with a sunbathing lawn just in front of the apartment’s private garden. You can enjoy the pool directly from the apartment! The private parking space and storage room accessible by elevator are in the basement of ‘Picasso’.

The surroundings
The apartment has a view over the town of Rincón de la Victoria where you can take a nice walk along the beach with many restaurants. The coastal fishing village of Benajarafe is nearby and is also highly recommended; with a very wide beach, numerous beach bars and restaurants for all tastes.
The city centre of Malaga can be reached in 20 minutes by car, cultural cities such as Granada, Seville and Córdoba can be reached in 2 hours via the motorway. However, you can also use public transport in Rincón de la Victoria that takes you to Malaga, Nerja, Torre del Mar and other nearby towns.
Distance to Rincón de la Victoria or Benajarafe beach: 2.8 kilometer – 12 minutes.
Distance to the centre of Malaga: 15 kilometer – 20 minutes.
Malaga airport: 20 kilometer – 30 minutes
