The spacious and very comfortable Singapore Studio Apartment is located on the first floor of La Granada Residence in the centre of the village.
The Asian decorated studio has a spacious private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. It is suitable for a maximum of 2 people and possibly 1 child up to 15 years old in an extra bed at a small fee.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a sunny living room with comfortable seats, a radio/CD combination, dining table and TV with UK and international channels.
From the balconies with French doors, you have a view over the village. The large, shared roof terrace has a beautiful view over the village across the valley to the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. The roof terrace has a gas barbecue, offers enough furniture and plenty of privacy to enjoy breakfast or dinner in the evening with a glass of wine watching the beautiful sunset. There is also a kitchen with fridge, washer and dryer. The bike storage/workshop for our cycling guests is in the basement.

The spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and bidet is equipped with plenty of towels, toiletries and a hairdryer.
The apartment has a TV with UK and other international channels.

Very tastefully decorated
Nice and spacious apartment in the centre of the village, against the Sierra Tejeda & Almijara Natural Park, ideal for our MTB routes. Spacious studio apartment Singapore with great amenities, also the storage/workshop for the bikes in the house was great. Also very tastefully decorated with Asian details.
